MY STORY
I first stepped out into the world of baking and decorating cakes when I decided to make something special for my parents' Golden Wedding Anniversary celebrations. The feedback I received spurred me on and since that day in 2013, I have never looked back. I'm constantly improving my skills, being challenged by my customers to come up with bigger and better designs.
I only use quality, fresh ingredients for all of my cakes as I really do believe that a cake has to taste as good as it looks. I make all of my toppers and decorations by hand, using modelling sugar and flower pastes.
I conduct my business from pet-free and smoke-free premises.
I am registered with the local Council (Food Hygiene Rating of 5), have full Public Liability Insurance Cover and hold current Level 2 Food Hygiene and Food Allergy and Intolerance Training Certificates.
